We drove back from Miami and after looking for a hotel for 2 hours in NC and VA we gave up and slept in our rental car for about 3 hours in a hotel parking lot which sucked horribly and we hit the road again at 5am then I took a 5 hour energy shot at about 6 am and when we got home I finally took an hour nap from 2-3pm and then watched the Flyers wreck the Pengirls again lol. So by the time I hit the weights I was dead tired and all the caffeine in the world would not do much for me lol. So I hit the minimum on DLs and moved on. I some how managed to reopen the bottom on my surgical wound pretty badly which is mucho frustrating and painful. Hopefully, by taking it easy for a week or two it can get better.
