Box squat- 250x8x2 Sandbag- 150x3 175x3 200x2 Sled bw- 210x50ft 255x50ft 300x50ft 345x50ft BB rollout/Stand abs- 160x10/gx14 170x10/gx12 180x10/gx13 Sandbag carry- 175x4x60ft *I pulled my groin last week on a set of squats and today did not feel too awesome.

I seem to do better on the bench when I get more reps. Shrugs have been working nicely I am noticing my trap/neck size and thickness.

I only have a few days left of training before I take a break because of a small surgery to hopefully fix my surgery I had in 2010 that failed to heal.
