JUmp over bench- 3x2 DL- 140x3 250x3 330x1 390x1 445x1 495x4 (belt) DB swing- 95x6 100x6 105x6 SSQ stepup- 160x6 180x6 200x6 HLR/Plank- 12/35sec x 5 sets Sandbag carry- 150x100ft 150x100ft 150x110ft *I have been doing less warmup reps on the DL so that I do not blow my load before I get to the money shot and so far so good. I would have went for a 5th DL rep but my hands were killing me from the calluses.

The log press kinda sucked because I was not warm enough. I have to start preheating the oven (shed) before I go in and cook some PRs.

It is such a stupid exercise and if it was not for powerlifting I would not do it. I hate it because it is a stupid exercise and I barely have made any real progress on it and it ends up hurting my shoulder. If I forget to take Ibuprofen before I bench like today it bothers me. Ok my rant is over and one day I will bench 400 raw.
