Seated box jump- 4x2 DL- 140x5 210x5 260x5 315x3 360x3 410x2 460x4 (belt) SSQ box squat- 155x6 205x6 245x6+2+2 Hammer bar curl- 100x6 120x6 140x6+2+2+2 HLR-(as high as possible) 6 5 15+5 Farmers walks (with turn)- 165s x 100ft 185s x 100ft 205s x 100ft Donkey Calf- bw x 6 90 x 6 135 x 6 180 x 10+6+4 *Solid day. DL felt good. First time doing farmers with a turn in a long time which are in my opinion one of the top ab exercises because turning is very hard on the core.

Chest plate throw- 10 x 4 Bench- 50x5 100x5 140x5 170x3 200x3 235x3 270x3 300x5 DB row- 100x6 130x4 160x3 180x8+3+3 (straps) Seated bb milt- 130x8 150x5 170x9+4+4 Rack pullup (wg)- bw x 8 1chain x 5 1 chain x 14+6+6 Cg Dec bench/Face pull- 140x5/g x 15 190x5/g x 15 230x8+3+3/g x 18+8+10 Prowler sprint (10 sec rest)- 140x8x50ft *Pretty solid day dispute some upper body soreness from Sunday. Decline cg bench was improvised in which I put 5 wooden blocks under the front end of my bench and had no place to hook my feet lol. Not an exercise I am willing to go too heavy on. Still felt like a lot of work on the pushing muscles. The prowler sprints have gotten a lot easier which means my conditioning on them has improved.

is that 140 lbs plus the prowler? or total weight..I have a hard enough time bear crawling my gym's prowler 50 feet w/ 1 plate on it!
