Already working on it. Funny thing is another lifter from the meet messaged me and said the judging was the worst he has seen and I cleary had my last attempt. Oh well I will fix it and smash new prs.

Seated box jump- 3x2 Squat- 50x5 100x5 140x5 190x3 230x3 275x3 320x2 355x1 (add belt + wraps) 380x3 395x1 430x1 SSQ box (ws) 155x5 175x5 195x5 215x5 GHR- 10 10 11 BB rollout- 150x10 160x10 170x10 Sled backward- 185x4x50ft *Ok day. Decided to go back to 3/5/1 with singles on sq/bench/dl to get more practice with fairly heavy singles and better recovery. A small change with hopefully big results. It should definately help my DL.

Bench- 50x5 100x5 140x5 190x5 230x5 260x5 285x6 DB Bench- 80x10 85x10 90x11 DB row- 120x10 140x10 160x10 BB curl/Face pull- 70x10/gx15 90x10/gx16 110x10/gx17 Prowler- 140x6x50ft *Pretty good today. It was nice to do Db presses and bb curls which I usually dont do. Only issue was my left shoulder bothered me a little on benches which sucks because my right shoulder was the problem child for so long.

I doubt I will get to train Sunday because of the monster hurricane that is headed our way. They say it will be the worst NJ has ever seen. Hopefully, they are wrong and we get lucky.
