I am adding my volume to my main lifts this cycle of 5/3/1. Nothing fantastic today but what do you expect after 1/3 of a powerlfiting meet lol.

I am ready to start squatting again despite how sore my groin is. I brought back the olympic shoes after 1.5 years and they will take a little time to get used to but once I do I am confident I will kick *** with them.

Got my important work in though. Very hot in the shed today. Bench felt pretty weak today.

DL strength was not anything special and I pretty much stifflegged them all.

All the drinking I did yesterday took its toll. It was well worth it and I had a blast. Our wedding was amazing and I can't belive it is over with.

7/31/11 DE Bench
DE bench- 140x8x3 Log- 107x5 137x5 162x5 187x5 209x7 Chest supp bb row- 120x10 125x10 130x10 135x10 140x10 Inc wg bench- 140x10 150x10 160x10 Band pushdown/band pullapart- gx15/mini x 15 gx15/mini x 15 gx15/mini x 15 Gripper- 150x10 200x8 HLR- 10 10 10 *First workout since the end of my vaykay. Too much golden corral and steak'n'shake lol. I gained about 6lbs. I decided I needed a change in how I train because training has become boring and stale. So I decided to have fun and combine strongman/pl/and bb stuff via westside. I am confident this will deliver a much needed spark. I got a terrible bicep cramp or strain IDK on the log which sucked and made it hard to clean it. Still got decent numbers though. Hoepfully, it will be gone by tommorows training.
