*pretty satisfied how today went. I feel my technique is improving on the bench and my shoulder is the best it has been in a long time. My frikken surgical wound open again at the bottom so frustrating 7 months later and the 3rd time it has happened. I am doing everything possible to get it healed again. In other news it is BEARD SEASON go Flyers!
