That was a very good rep on deadlift! I like how you incorporate the chains and held it nice and firm at the top to really show you got it. Great job

*Oh this workout was awesome considering the day and week I have had. I developed two infections and I had to get cut open on my *** cheek today and drained holy moly did that hurt. After loading up on motrin I went at this 2 hours later. Hopefully, the antibiotics don't slow me down. I think the speed Dls I did actually helped today cuz I felt explosive and had way more in me. I am finally starting to heal my wounds thanks to a better diet, stronger vitamins, and wheatgrass which tastes awful but is great for health.
