I just get stiffer and feel less energized on 4 days. As for the shed it is pretty awesome. It was 18 degrees out on Tuesday so warming up sucks and the bar or axle is freezing, but it builds characther lol.

Bench- bar x 15 100x5 140x5 170x5 200x5 230x3 260x7 Inc CG- 160x8 180x8 200x8+3+3 Tribar lying ext (nose)- 95x10 105x10 115x11 Band pushdown/Band face pull- g x 15/g x 15 x 4 sets *First time using bench as a main movement in about a month. It felt a little better but maybe that is just because it is too cold to feel pain lol. I really dropped my training weights on the bench to start off cautiously.

Nice 18 inch DL PR and sled pulls in the grass are a real butt burner.

awesome work on the bench after so long!! also, your DL is insane! could you give me a run down of the equip. u have in your shed...I am very close to "owning" my garage, and we all know what that means!

I got a powerrack, barbell, log, axle, wooden blocks, homemade thick dbs, regular plate loaded dbs, bands, some chains, lots of plates, farmers walks, sled/prowler, flat bench, adjustable incline bench, homemade stone trainer. I think that is all. I live in NJ too where do you live. Thanks the bench could be a lot better I did 365 as my best which was easy. DL has been a good lift but has stalled lately. I am still trying to figure it out.

Log clean + press- 55x5 107x5 147x5 167x3 187x6 Seated bb milt- 115x10 120x10 125x10 130x10 135x10 Inverted pullup- bw x 5 x 10 Hammer bar curl- 90x10 95x10 100x10 105x10 Plate iron crosses- 5s x 3 x 12 *My whole shoulder hurt today on clean and presses which was weird. I had a fun night last night and only slept like 4 hours tops and had quite the hangover and felt like sleeping instead of working out but something is better than nothing.

Rockaway is way north right? I live in Woodbridge Township. IDk what your schedule is like, but I train sun time varies which is oh work usually log, Mon- Squat, Wed-Bench, Fri- DL. I train m-w-f after work which is usually 5:30pm.
