Very solid. Winning the wilks formula is great accomplishment, no doubt you will be even stronger next. Excellent work and effort.
Also, did you ever get that new bar? If so, how do you like it?

Thanks guys for the kind words.
The deadlift is very mental for me and I need a lot of agression to pull big. When it came for 565 I could not muster enough anger and energy no matter how hard I tried. Not to mention my back was done from squat and bench. On my 1st attempt at 565 I felt a pain in my right pec so the 2nd try I used my left hand under and then fought with everything and then that pec hurt. I learned why most lifters don't compete too many times a year lol. It beats the heck outta you. My body feels like I got hit by a mac truck. Arian- yeah I know I need to lead with the chest more. Also, thought I got no rebound on the 475 from looking at it. I think I was thrown off my grove by the monolift and worrying too much about depth. Doesn't help that I am new to knee wraps and got nothing out of them. Extremely rare for me to get buried like that. Mike- did not get a new bar yet. We are looking for a house right now so I am waiting to see what happens with that before I get anymore gym equipment. 7/12/10 Was gonna do some log pressing and upper body today but on my 3rd set of log I felt a bad pain in my right shoulder (bad one) and my left bicep. I am not sure if it was just horrible cramps or I pulled something. Either way I learned I am not ready yet and will wait till wednesday to do anything. They both are super sore right now.

I tried to stay more upright in the squat and meant to take a video to see if I did but of course the camera didn't record it.

I did feel fatigued faster than normal and not at top strength. But, hey if my blood goes to help someone then it was well worth it.
