*Tried some hct-12 training mixed after my 5-3-1 training on the log. I liked the heavy training and it is intense.

I have never heard of HCT-12, so I googled it, it sounds very similar in principle to the recent I-BB program at T-Muscle, (few exercises, ramping weights, resting as little as possible).

I like the additional 3 rest pauses to get the 12 reps at your 6RM, sounds neat. I will be interested to see how it works for you.

Definately have some soreness today. I didn't use my real 6rm yesterday because I thought that would be too intense to start with so I went down a few lbs but it was still tough. I could imagine how hard it would be with squats, power cleans, and deadlifts.

9 out of 10 today. 465 felt pretty easy. I am getting used to the knee wraps. Not bad for doing some hardcore hip thrusting with testostorone release prior to training lol.
