I liked the heavy training and it is intense.

Definately have some soreness today. I didn't use my real 6rm yesterday because I thought that would be too intense to start with so I went down a few lbs but it was still tough. I could imagine how hard it would be with squats, power cleans, and deadlifts.

I am getting used to the knee wraps. Not bad for doing some hardcore hip thrusting with testostorone release prior to training lol.
