DL- 145x5 235x5 335x3 400x2 450x5 SSQ Goodmornings- 135x10 145x10 155x10 160x10 165x10 BB shrugs- 415x10 435x10 455x10 475x10 495x10 HLR- bw x 5 x 10 Standing calf raises- (100 rep set) 30-25-25-20 *Just the minimum reps today on dl I try not to go to far on them because then it negatively effects me on monday for squats plus the first week of each 5-3-1 cycle is always the hardest for me.

I know lol. It is the longest I stuck with a program in a long time (4 weeks). Yesterday I got a little side tracked tho. I was supposed to do a max rep set at 275 on bench but felt good and did two more sets. I was going to do body part splits after the main lifts but got bored with that so I am mostly back to upper/lower. I would like to add in some strongman stuff but it is too cold out and I am lacking in time.

Not very strong on squats today just hit the required reps. I think squatting and deadlifting heavy in the same week is starting to catch up to me.

I was in the zone today which was suprising because my tris and lats were still sore from sunday. I broke my inc bench pr by 5 and then by 10 and hit a triple at my old 1rm at 280.

Not bad but energy was not great. I would like to do some strongman training on this day but the snow makes it hard to find space.

DL- 135x5 225x5 315x3 375x3 425x3 475x5 (pr) Seated cable rows- 150x10 160x10 170x10 180x10 190x10 HLR- 12 12 12 10 10 DB shrugs- 95x20 95x20 95x20 Donkey Calf raises- 90x25 90x25 90x25 dropset bw x 25 *I went to my jobs gym at 1 am after I got off of work and a long day and had a great session. The bar at the gym was so much better for deadlifting than my bar because mine is so stiff and really hard to deadlift. I felt like a had 1 or 2 more reps in me but my back was really stiff at that point. I might start to do my deadlift workouts at work more often. It also felt great to train somewhere besides home for once.
