I really do not know. My best bb squat is 480x1 and box squat 495x1 which is weird.
I am not ready to test it yet. May be at the end of the next 3 week cycle. As for posting videos it is all right to post a lot I only choose to do it if I feel good about the lift. Also, impressive is in the eye of the beholder. Some people are impressed by a 500lb squat others are not. I am always more impressed by a 150lb guy squatting 500 raw then a 270lb guy squat 750 in a double ply suit.

Lying leg raise- 30x8 35x8 35x7 Dec situps (steep)- 35x8 35x8 Woodchopper- 35x8 35x9 Alt db curls (thick)' 60x6 65x5 Hammer bar curls- 140x6 150x6 BB curl- 145x6 BHB wrist- 215x10 225x10 235x10 Cliffhangers- 90x30sec 100x30sec *I decided to add this day to work on the show me muscles. I am going to cut back to training each muscle once a week instead of twice and see how that goes. My weight is down to 193 from not eating enough and being on my feet all day at work.

Bench- 105x5 145x5 175x3 205x3 240x3 270x3 300x5 (pr by 2 reps!) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8bbTO3wacQ Inc Bench- 205x6 225x6 235x5 Db flyes- 65x10 65x10 Pushups Handles- 16 20 *Great day 9.5. Hit a 2 rep pr on the bench right after taking a short nap even though I was tired because I worked every shift over the last week and am trying to sleep when I can. Video will be up tommorow probably. Tommorow is week 3 deadlifts I can't wait. I am skipping the deload next week and starting over at week 3 with minor weight increases because I am feeling good. I will also start bulking next week.

Took awhile to get warm but then I felt pretty good. 9 out of 10. As long as I keep the PRs coming I am good.

Squat- 145x5 215x5 255x2 280x5 320x5 360x5 Goodmorning (SL) 235x6 255x6 275x6 (pr) Lunges (alt legs) 40x10 40x10 GHR- 2 chain x 8 2 chain x 8 SSQ calf raise- 335x13 355x13 375x15 Seated calf raise- 90x50 135x50, 50 Run 1/4 mile. * Ok nothing great 7 out of 10. Only got the minimum 5 reps today on squats really wasn't feeling strong on those I was supposed to deload this week but that is no fun lol. Starting doing donkey calf raises after ssq calf and my leather belt that I loop through my power belt to hold the weight 180lbs snapped and the weight collapsed lol. It was a good run it held up great now I either have to buy a real dip belt or use another leather pants belt.
