Well they pay for my hotel in DC. Then they give me a place to live for training. Then I will have to find an apartment after I graduate in the greater DC area.

Axle Cleans- 70x5 110x5 145x3 170x3 190x4 BB shrugs- 415x10 435x10 455x10 Situps- 2 chains x 21, 21, 23 Run 1 mile Tabata (6 mins) JJs/Heavy Bag/Swiss ball situps *I have felt very weak the last couple of days with low energy. I think I might be starting to get a cold. At least I get to take today off.

I am hoping they don't beat me up too much at the academy and I can lift at night.
