*ok day nothing special. My front delt hurt less than normal of late on benching so that was good. I did axle ohs after benching but that was a bad idea so I axed them. Still negatively effected oh bb exts tho. My tris were pretty much fried today.

*first time doing the log. I found the clean harder than a tribar but the press easier because of the wider grip. (log grip 24 inch tri bar 8 inch).

*another squat day another PR. Stones went ok. My biggest problem on these is the stupid tacky. It works great on the first rep ok on the 2nd then is useless after that. I could take the 200lb stone for at least 5 reps. I am most likely not using it correctly and it sucks to clean up my hands after. Next week I might move the stones to the end of the session for that reason.

That sucks dude, I am having the same issue right now and I decided last night....as I was icing my shoulder.....that I was ditching flat bench for awhile.

Yeah I don't know what the problem is. This starting happening a few months ago and has not gone away. yesterday the pain was way too much and a tear was very possible. But gotta look at the brightside I have always sucked on Inclines and now it will give me a chance to get stronger on them. Then hopefully when I come back to benching I will be stronger on it.
