Bench (cg) 95x5 135x5 185x5 205x3 230x3 255x3 280x5 Oh bb ext- 125x8 135x8 145x7 Side db laterals- 30x10 35x10 35x12 Db floor exts- 35x15 40x15 45x16 *ok day nothing special. My front delt hurt less than normal of late on benching so that was good. I did axle ohs after benching but that was a bad idea so I axed them. Still negatively effected oh bb exts tho. My tris were pretty much fried today.

I love this program I am getting stronger everyday and my muscular endurance is improving greatly.

I found the clean harder than a tribar but the press easier because of the wider grip. (log grip 24 inch tri bar 8 inch).

3.16.09 Squat
Squats- 135x5,5 225x3 275x3 320x2 355x1 385x4 (pr) Stones- 140x5 (stone trainer) 200 3x2 Glute ham raise- 9 9 9 Str8 leg situps (5 sec neg) 20x10 25x10 30x10 Walking lunges- (dbs) 40 x 100ft 40 x 100ft *another squat day another PR. Stones went ok. My biggest problem on these is the stupid tacky. It works great on the first rep ok on the 2nd then is useless after that. I could take the 200lb stone for at least 5 reps. I am most likely not using it correctly and it sucks to clean up my hands after. Next week I might move the stones to the end of the session for that reason.

Bench- worked up to 235 but hurt too much Inc cg- 135x3 185x3 215x1 235x4 (pr) Oh bb ext- 120x8 135x8 150x7 Db side laterals- 35s x 10 40s x 10 40s x 12 (pr) Db floor exts- 40s x 15 45s x 15 50s x 16 (pr) *bench was killing my upper right pec/front delt. I had enough and am dropping the bench for awhile. Suprising the Inc is pain free tho and I hit a PR.
