Axle press (clean 1st) 132 8x3 CG INC bench- 135x5 185x5 210x6 210x7 (pr) Pullups- 50x8 55x7 55x6 Oh tri bar ext alternated with tri bar hammer curls- 110x10/110x10 115x10/115x10 117x10/117x10 Band face pulls- green x 15 green x 20 *awful day. I got a stomach flu or something. I puked my brains out all day and last night. I couldn't keep anything down. I even puked in my mouth on my 6th rep of my inc cg 210x7 set. I just had no energy or motivation today and probably had no business lifting today. Pretty much everything that could go wrong did go wrong today. The numbers dont look that bad but they were harder than they should have been.

Still managed a few prs tho. I almost blew chunks on the carry and breathing wasnt good.
