*high pull walk is do a high pull and walk 2 steps with it locked out put it down and repeat. it is like power stairs but with a high pull and no stairs lol. i got creative and i like it.

I know what you mean, when I back down after some heavy weight, everything feels lighter, definitely a good way to "trick" the body.

*awful day. I got a stomach flu or something. I puked my brains out all day and last night. I couldn't keep anything down. I even puked in my mouth on my 6th rep of my inc cg 210x7 set. I just had no energy or motivation today and probably had no business lifting today. Pretty much everything that could go wrong did go wrong today. The numbers dont look that bad but they were harder than they should have been.

agreed! take a day off man, your body can't recover from a workout when you can't hold down nutrients.
