Bench- 95x5 135x5 175x5 215x5 (65%) 245x5 (75%) 265x5 (80%) Reverse band cg bench- 225x10 245x10 255x10 265x10 275x10 (pr) BB rows- 185x10 200x10 210x10 220x10 (add straps) 230x10 (pr) Oh tri-bar ext alternated with tri-bar hammer curls- 100x10/100x10 105x10/105x10 110x10/110x10 * bench didn't feel great today. I was supposed to work up to 85% which was 275 but it felt like a ton today. My shoulder/upper pec didnt feel right. However, assistance work went great. I was basing my bench off a 330 max instead of my 350.
