My energy and strength was low. I blame the BK I ate last night that messed me up. I usually dont eat that garbage and now I remember why.

Low box squats werent anything impressive but they are very hard for me. They should help build some great starting strength for my dl and squat. PHILLIES!!!

DL- 135x8 225x5 315x3 365x1 415x1 465x1 505x1 470x3 SUMO SLDL- 275x8 315x8 345x5 320x6 Db swing (2 arm)- 90x8 100x8 105x8 Plank hold (1 arm alternate in set) 3 x 60sec (10 sec each arm) HLR- 13 13 13 Band goodmornings- 2purple x 20,18,18 *pretty good day. Took it rather easy on deadlifts to get back into my groove. I am using seperate squat and deadlift days to get my deadlift on the right track. The strength is there for a big PR I just got to get my form right.

Strength wasnt great today. ** Now we really are the United States of America. Over 130 million voices were heard yesterday. Now we have hope.
