I have been living off of protein shakes and soup because of it. Even oatmeal hurts to eat.

I used 4 board as supplemental to get used to handling heavy weight again and getting used to unracking it because I have no spotter for a lift off. Thats one of the downsides to having ur own home gym.

CG Bench was weak but I gotta get back in my groove then the weight will go up. First two exercises were 2-3 mins rest then 3-6 were 1 min rest.
