That's what bothered me about the post. He did not attempt to analyze any of it or anything.

Well if you are going to ignore it why even waste your time and reply. If you read at the bottom i didnt write it i just read it and wondered what you thought, no need to be so snobby about it.

Fireproof is not being snobby. He's using a ridiculous statement to prove a point. If you really wanted to know what we thought about dextrose PWO, all you had to do was read the Window of Opportunity and Dextrose, Maltodextrin & Sodium - An in Depth Analysis articles. Oh, and you could have read the sticky on PWO nutrition and the thousands of posts you'd have found if you had done a search.

Please be a little more respectful of the work that the Admins have put into this site. And please understand that when someone that is very new makes a post that appears to have a hidden agenda, that post will not gain much respect.

I was just giving you a hard time. If you had given more preface to your post, that gave us the impression that you read the research here on the site about PWO protocol, then you would get more serious responses.

For example, if you wrote something like "Okay, I read the Window of Opportunity and the PWO sticky and it all sounds great. But I ran across some research that seems to conflict. These studies posted below seems to promote low GI carbs, rather than simple sugars for an insulin spike. What gives?" ...then you would've been better received.

You have to realize we have people drop in all the time with pointless posts just to stir up controversy. At first pass, this looked like one of them. But if you are seriously interested in how to rationalize conflicting studies, then make that better known and we can work through it in the discussion.

Cheers.
