Default Lagging Biceps

I just got a start on my bulk and because my biceps are lagging (in comparison to other muscle groups), how can I help promote their growth? Previously my split was Chest, Shoulders/Traps, Quads/Hams/Calves, Back, Biceps/Triceps/Forearms. I've changed it up a bit for my bulk with: Chest/Triceps, Shoulders/Traps, Quads/Hams/Calves, Back/Biceps.

Should I seperate biceps and work them on an individual day? The only reason why I question this is because they are a small muscle group, and I feel maybe working them a full day is a bit of overkill.

Or, should I work them in on other days as well as Back/Biceps?

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

I'd make a separate day for them if they seem to be lagging.

I like Heen's suggestion of adding them to back, as well as on their own arm day.

If you read Old School's latest journal entry, you'll see an even more extreme approach to prioritizing biceps.

Another option is to Zane Blitz them.

Definately consider giving this a try. I put on nearly an entire inch on my arms over the two months, and did this with only a 7 lbs increase in body weight. It was extremely intense, but if you have the equipment or can afford to hit the gym twice day/three times a week, then I said give this a try. You wont regret it.
