I need to cut I guess. I'm:
6' 1" 265 lbs I want to drop some pounds and get built. I'm currently just walking 1.5 miles everyday so hopefully, I can step that up. Problem is, I have no idea what to eat for my 6 daily meals and no idea how I can afford it. I'm looking at about $25-$50 a month. Help is greatly appreicated. |

About your budget, you will have to stop eating out, maybe completely. Buy your staple foods (oats/cottage cheese/chicken breast/eggs) in bulk from Costco.

Cheapest possible way? I'd wager Oat/Whey shakes with some flax oil. That would still be over $50 a month though.

Get a Costco or Sam's blub membership. I buy chicken breasts in 4x 10lbs bags for the price of one at the supermarket at Costco.
Oats are dirt cheap, peanuts are a cheap source of fat but see if you can afford flax seed oil. Tuna can be found onsale alot, at least where I live for $.30-$.40 a can. Just look for sales is what I do :P

what is your current food budget?
you cannot possible eat decent on $25-50 a month, that's like not even 30 cents a meal. |

I basically eat whatever I can afford. Ramen in bulk, cereal, etc.
