Update on my friend (thankyou ladies)

Just like to give a big thankyou to... littleamazon: for the pm's of beginners workouts. We used them almost exactly to what you sent. jwald98: for the idea of the soccer/pushup thing that you posted - one problem, she played varsity soccer and I SUCK, I got sick of pushups lol. We played floor hockey/pullups, 5 pullups per goal and I had my revenge [img]/forum/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img] [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img] [img]/forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img] soccerchick: the guidelines you posted, she printed and has been using ever since. She is down to 135 from 150 @ 5'5" - she is getting pretty **** lean, she has a ton of muscle shes starting to use now. We've advanced finally into some big lifts. Its only her 3rd week of doing squats and shes already repping 255! I dont really know how to thankyou, but I'm trying to get her to register here and start posting. I just dont wanna play anymore [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] Today we're lifting legs today and shes gotten quite a large drive for lifting now, which I think is great, hell she wants to try her 1RM in squats today. The only thing is my memberhship at our gym runs out this month [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
