Are there any pro's and con's to taking 1-a-days, or 2-a-days, besides one you only take it once a day ?
i was thinking with 1-a-day's your body cant absorb all the vitamins at once, so the 2-a-days are better, but correct me if im wrong.

I think that is solid awds; I have seen no studies on this issue but I have seen this reccomended by man in the industry. Also, remeber to take your vitamins w/ some fat if you can as certain vitamins are better absorbed in the presence of lipids.
