I am looking for some advice. I am 27 years old, 6ft and weigh 13st. I have been weight training on and off for many years but never really achieved any goals. I have recently invested allot of money into a highly balanced diet and weight/cardio campaign for 6 weeks leading up to a holiday. I lost 20 lbs of fat and gained a few lbs of muscle. It was the best condition I have been in for 7 years. Went from a 37" wasit to a 32" again. Its given me renewed vigor to get back into the mass gains and good feel look. A couple of my friends compete and for my sins in the past have juiced it and ECA/Clen'd to get some kind of result. Not reccommended.
I was wondering if anyone could give me some effective plan for the next 7 months to a comp I am looking at entering. I have read to forums saying Glutamine is not needed and others saying ZMA, BCAA, EFA's and Vit B-Complex is the way forward mixed with Creatine and Whey. I hope there is a plan out there for me for say 4 months to bulk up and say 3 months to cut. If anyone has any experince they would care to share I am prepared to commit 100% naturally and have the cash and time to reach a never before attained goal. Thanks. The Red Barron |
