Default Protein Pudding

I guarantee you will love this.

1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup oats
1 tablespoon natty pb
1 scoop whey(i use vanilla)
dash of cinnamon
a splash of milk

Just mix all the above ingredients together and you've got a great snack. This stuff is so good that I never crave ice cream anymore. Roughly 46g of protein, 35g of carbs, and 480 calories.

is there any way you can cut the fat on that recipe? I think it sounds great but for a man turning 40, I'm not sure all the fat would be good for me

Sure man. Ditch the pb and you'll subtract about 100 calories. If you wish, try a reduced fat cc and lose the splash of milk.

My wife and I use fat-free, sugar-free instant (usually Jell-O brand) pudding with 3 scoops of whey and fat-free low carb milk for an excellent snack. Mark

What is wrong with 1 TB of natty?? We need fat to lose fat and the source is natural unsaturated fat.

It is not about the age of a person, it is about their activity level. Young or old, on activity and poor nutrition will lead to obesity. Think about that.

I have this every night, minus the oats. I don't know how big of a difference it will make.

I'll give it a try
