Default Calorie Intake

I'm going by the basic guidlines of the "13 week diet" (cutting) and it says normaly I should be eating around 3000 calories, so I dropped it to 2700

But I am having a hard time eating this much food throughout the day, I made it to 2300 calories which was a struggle. (never been so full in my life)

Should I just keep eating regardless of how full I get?

[I never thought eating would be a HARD thing ]

Exactly. Being full isn't an excuse for not taking in all the calories you need. Your stomach will get used to the fact that you are eating more and it will become easier for you to take in the calories you need in order to be the bodybuilder you want to be.

Man, how can 2700 be a hard thing! I can get to 3000 without blinking an eye. 8 scoops of whey protein alone through out the course of a day gets you up to about 900 calories. Throw in your other sources of protein and your EFA's and that doesn't leave all that many carbs.

You totally get used to it. I was in the bad habit of eating less that 2000 cals a day, and I had some fullness issues when I bumped it up to 3500. After a couple of months though, I actually get hungry again!
