Hi,
did anyone try Brewer's Yeast as a suplement? It can be bought in biostores and supermarkets, it is rather cheap too. Stats for Brewer's Yeast are (250g): protein 45 g carbs 30 g fat (maybe fatty acids?) 3,5g Sodium (Na, thing that is in salt besides clor(cl)) 0,1mg B1 22 mg B2 3 mg B6 4 mg Niacin 36 mg Pantotenska acid 8 mg K 2000mg Ca 260 mg Mg 240 mg Fe 9 mg P 1600 mg imo this is impressive list. it tastes awfull untill you get used to it. tho put it in water add some apple vinegar and it's almost ike (alcohol free!) beer. To repeat the question again: Anyone eats this? Does it have some negative sideeffects? What do you guys think? //edit thanks nozzle (sorry can't PM and don't want to create another post just for ty //edit
