That actually sounds pretty neat. Muscle filled with water. It would be like a water bed...Thats a cool idea.
Actually, no. I dont know what "fake muscle" would be, but you do not gain "fake muscle" while on creatine. Read the sticky about CREATINE. All of your "?????''s will be ??????'s no more.
