Default Should I...

hmm well with my exams this morning and friends wanting to get together afterwards i missed my chance to get to the gym...i was planning to do riot bombing on my arms today so i can either

a) use the only BB i have in my house which i can get 7 reps of BB curls and Skull Crushers on until i can't get another rep in ( modified riot bombing )

b) use my chin-up bar to do various types o pullups / chinups to totally shock my back since it already had a 70 set workout yesterday and i am taking next week off so it will have about 9 days before it is worked again.

So far i like the sounds of b because i could do my riot bombing on sunday then take the whole next week off starting on monday ( have to work tommorrow ). Any suggestions?

usually would except the fact that they had to head back to their home 3 hours away from me and haven't seen them in over a month. Gotta have time to do both things in my life to continue to enjoy bodybuilding..already takes up 90% of my free time.
