I played football for 13 years(pee-wee through freshman year of college), but thought I had to end it due to a serious shoulder injury: all ligaments torn, cartilage torn in half and away from the bone, So after the surgery I know have 3 screws in my shoulder. Now I have been offered a chance to play minor league football and was wondering everyones opinion.
Advice and training tips appreciated.

Well really you would have to asses your own shoulder and then from there ask yourself is it worth the risk of what could happen to it.
