Default growth age

at what age does growth stop on males (maximum, and minimum), and is the age for growth for bones and tendons different?

I heard that bone growth in males stops at about 21, but i think you can keep growing till you are like 25. I dont know about tendons. I am sure one of the other guys knows. Just what i heard.

Here's an interesting excerpt from something I read on this:

As an adult, you think your bones are set for life, but just like the rest of the body, bones are living tissue constantly being broken down and renewed. And, like the rest of the body, the amount of renewal changes as we age. As children we have more bone being made than being broken down – hence our bones get bigger, or grow. By puberty, bone growth stops with only a small increase in bone strength after the late teenage years. From the mid 30s onwards, it’s all downhill. Less bone is being produced compared to breakdown, resulting in a gradual decrease in bone strength. In fact, during the first five years of menopause alone the average woman loses up to 10% of her total bone mass.
