Default Diet Help

Hi I am sort of an old member but have been away for a long time. Also I am a rower and have been training pretty hard for the past few years and am looking to go to the next level through strength training. I have read the articles on creatines and protein and have decided that it would be a good idea for me to use them. I was wodnering what brands are good for creatine and in what dosages? Also what brands are good for protein and in what dosages? Also the 8 weeks to bigger pecs link doesn't seem to work does anyone have that workout? Thank you for your time and any help would be much apprciated

Weeeeeell, how could you be on this site since 02 and not use whey man?! That's okay though. There are lots of good kinds or protein. My favorite happens to be ON's 100% Whey Protein and a lot of other people use this too (make sure to get the chocolate and don't be lured in by the cookies and cream!). If you really don't know then ask someone at your local store about it. However, NEVER go for anything from Muscletech on anything! Especially the Cell Tech for creatine. Creatine wise, anything with the creapure logo on it shows it's good. But as for your other questions you need to read the creatine article. Countless creatine questions that are asked on this board are in that article.

first off never look at your local store unless you just wanna give the locals some business because i can almost bet that 1fast400.com or some other site has the same products but offered for almost half the price.

I bet I make the people at GNC mad. I'll ask for something, they'll tell me the best product for what I want, I tell them I'll come back later, research it, and if it's good, I buy it online. I go in there all the time and never buy a thing lol. The only thing I have bought from them is l-glutamine because it was $15.
