Default Glutamine

Ive read that you should take about 10-20 grams a day. I was just wondering if it is at all beneficial or harmful to take more. Basically is there a limit to how much you should take?

Take as much as you can afford, and always try to take 10 grams at a time. Its expensive so people usually only have 10-30grams a day. PWO is most important.

I have at least a years supply already because I work at a supplement store and got it pretty cheap. I could probably take 50 grams a day if I really wanted to, but I don't want to just waste it. Is there any limit to where it's no longer beneficial and just a waste though?

If you have that much then take it at these times:

ten grams in the morning, pre-workout, postworkout, and right before bed.

Joe,

The article says at least three times a day, 5 grams per serving. Another paragraph stated studies were performed where 50 grams per day were ingested with no adverse affects.

What do you prescribe for optimal affect?

I use 20g a day, 5g morning(this is also pre work out), 5g bed time, and 10g PWO.

The study where they took 50g was to assess its safeness at high dosages rather than its effectiveness..at least thats how I understood it.
