Im about to start ZMA on monday. I was wondering... would it be bad if I combined it with Tribulus.. since it has similar effects?
Also... I wanted to use CRe2. (creatine with nitrogen kinda) would it be bad if i combined all 3 of these ... or would it be best if I just used the ZMA and CRe2. Thanks |

Dump all of them but ZMA....hopefully you are also taking whey, pure creatine monohydrate, and maybe even glutamine.

isnt creatine in pill form good? you still have to load with pure creatine monohydrate right |

Beofre worrying about supplements etc. I would make 100% sure your diet is optimal. If you were to post your daily diet in this forum you would get awesome feedback from really experienced memebers on how to improve it etc. If your diet is tight then you could begin to introduce the right type of supplements to bring your overall nutrition up that extra notch.

In order to make optimal gains from all your hard work proper diet and supplementation is a must. Research the articles in the nutrition section. Multiple supplementation is a must, just educate yourself in this web site and follow the instructions.
