Just wanted to make sure....is it agreed upon that 1gram vitamin C is best Post-workout?
Also how many IU's of Vitamin A and E? Thanks |

No idea, just take your multi-vitamin. I've heard that that is what you're suppose to do (100%dv of C, E, and A).

I do 1 gr. vit. C, (2) B-Complex 100, and 400 mcg. Chromium Picolinate.
I do my E 400IU and Selenium(both fat soluble, with my next meal which contains a bit of fats. I would think twice about Vit. A by itself, if you must, do Beta Carotene, it will convert to Vit. A as needed. Large doses of Vit. A is one of a few that can be toxic.

I think 400IU of Vitamin E is max. I guess because its a fat soluble vitamin, you dont want to take it with your PWO shake since it contains no fats.
