Great first meal. You're cutting, and if you want to achieve your goals quick, then no milk.

2. oatmeal 1/2 cup and whey 1 scoop

Good, but see meal #3

3. veggies with chicken breast, 1 gram flax seed, 1 gram salmon/fish oil

It's a good balanced meal, but not for a pre-workout meal. You don't want fat, and you need carbs for a better pump. So I'd suggest you to switch meals 2-3.

4. post workout meal whey + dextrose
+Creatine, multivitamin, glutamine

Fantastic!

5. 2 cups leafy green veggies with salmon or chicken

[b] Great!

6. 1/2 cup (22 grams protein)cottage cheese, half scoop of whey and 1 tbsp PB, 1 gram flax seed, 2 grams salmon +fish oils

That's a hell of a PS meal

Your diet look great. Good job bro!

For energy! You just should stay clear of them in your last 2-3 meals of the day. Dorm you say, i was in the dorms last year. I lived in crappy dorms and we still had a microwave, if you have a microwave then potatoes are easy!

Desperad0,

I could be wrong because you didn't list specific amounts for some foods, but your calories look low to me. That is less than I'm consuming on my cut diet, so you might want to rework that aspect of your diet. Good luck with your cut!
