Since I take in almost no dairy, except cottege cheese, what is the best calcium vitamin supplement? I have seen
Calcium Carbonate or Calcium Citrate

Here is the one I use, very cheap, and one of the few brands I trust that actually has phosphorus also.

It reduces the magnesium's effectiveness, not the calcium.

Make sure if you're taking ZMA that you spread the time out from that supplement by a long time (calcium in the morning and ZMA at night).

[/ QUOTE ] i believe this is only strictly true if consuming cottage cheese, as it's calcium constituents would be slowly absorped. otherwise, if supplementing, waiting a hour after supplementing calcium would be fine if one were to supplement ZMA. i'd also recommend spreading out the calcium supplements across the day rather than gulping them all down in the morning, as this has been shown to yield a higher affinity of absorption.

If you're taking magnesium for ZMA at night, and magnesium is included in the calcium supplement also, is there a limit on how much magnesium you should intake? How much is too much?
