Default Irish oatmeal.....better than Quaker Oats?

Just wondering if this stuff is better than regular oats. It has no sugar compared to Quaker, and has 1 gram of protein more per serving. Should I pick this up instead/ All the other macros are exactly the same. It's Old Fashioned of course, BTW.

That's all I used to eat until I discovered the 9 lb. box of Quaker at Costco. lol Much easier than buying a bunch of little boxes every week.
