the bicep workouts that are provided are really great. but i'm having a little difficulty with finding a way to replace some of the workouts but while keeping the same arm busting results...
ex:i'd like to utlizie the zottoman curls...and lying reverse cable curls.... now where and how can i employ these workouts if for example it says 3 sets of reverse curls then 1 set or standard curls... ideas? |

Ok...let me try this again....
The bicep routines are great. Now...how can I use other exercises (zottoman curl etc) in place of the other exercises found in the routines? I'd just like to use other exercises for the bi's that I haven't before. |

do dif exercises but and vary the execution - ie 21's on concentration curls, forced negatives on cable curls etc, change up the grip on the preachers with towels etc... this way it can still be a bit of a shock in terms of time under tension but you can still follow the programs' performance closely.. i hope this helps
