Default Oatemal Shake

hey guys ive been trying to make the shake ive read on here where you blend oats, whey and pb. My oats seem to sink to the bottom, does anyone have any tricks to make a more consistent shake?

Nah, blender should do you just fine...

Also look into buying Quick Oats (not the sugary processed stuff though). They come with a good consistency for shakes right off the bat.

yeah just chew them down.

or.....if i'm unlike my usual half-arsed self i'll consciously make the effort to swirl my shake about so the oats get picked up in a mini whirl pool and then drink....but you still gotta chew, it just tastes better with the whey in your mouth too IMO.

rev....your sig, LMAO!

i usually just shovel them off the bottom and eat them. They taste pretty good soaked in whey etc.

i know a lot of people dont like to use milk, but this shake made with milk is up their with a mcflurry.
