I just finished doing the 13 week hardcore fat burning program about a week ago. I've taken a week off from lifting and am ready to start the 24 mass blitz. However, I play hockey and need to stay in good cardiovascular shape. I play hockey on wednesdays, saturday nights, and sometimes friday nights. On the wednesday and friday i won't be able to get a workout in but saturday I can hit the gym in the morning and leave a good 10 hours before I play hockey at night. will this split be fine?
monday: chest, shoulder, tris tuesday: back, biceps, forearms wednesday: no gym, but hockey at night thursday: quads hamstrings, calves friday: either hockey at night or day off completly saturday: start over but add hockey at night and then work around my other hockey days. should I maybe put a day in my routine that I don't do either workout or play hockey for my body just to rest? |

I can't wait to finally eat lots again after doing the 13 week cut
will the hockey be enough cardio that i don't gain all too much fat during the bulk? I'm thinking twice a week should be good and won't need to do any at the gym, right? I'll be posting my diet tomorrow probably for some comments. |

That's right Hockey is kind of like a HIIT session anyways, a short intense drill, and a bit of a break, repeat x a billion.

Depends how much and how hard you skate. If youre lazy, probably not, if you skate hard and the sweats dripping off your face, yeah youll probably do ok.

I push myself hard when playing hockey so that isn't a factor, i'm always dead tired at the end, I just hope the bulk doesn't affect my performance out there.
I just realized there is no abs workout in the 24 mass blitz, where do you guys recomend I fit it in? I'm thinking maybe on my leg days, I don't really want to put them on a day of their own. |

I just started the 24 mass blitz the other week and it really got me aching the first couple of sessions. might interfere with your hockey dude but try it out and see how you feel.
