Default diet for cutting

my meal plan that i plan to follow for 3 months..geez! haha

1. oatmeal 1/2 cup whey 1 scoop (YES MILK NO MILK?)
2. PB 2tbsp and 1 chicken breast
3. either oatmeal or veggies with chicken breast
4. post workout meal whey + dextrose
5. 2 cups leafy green veggies with salmon or chicken
6. 1/2 cup (22 grams protein)cottage cheese, half scoop of whey and 1 tbsp PB, 1 gram flax seed, 2 grams salmon +fish oils
calories = 2540..i dont know if that is enough.
cause im 170 pounds..is that too little?
and the thing is i dont know like if PB is a good souce of EFA..i mean i know it is but everyone is taking flax seed and what not.
should i get flax seed or safflower etc.

another question
1. got some costco creatine im gonna try it out so i can maintain some muscle on my cut. i know i shoudl only take it with dextrose PWO..but what baout other times? like for loading phase..i gotta take it 5 times a day. 1 time is pwo and other times i just take it striaght up? with jsut water or a protein shake?

2.supplements.
im going to take creatine, whey and i dont know if i should get glutamine cause its super expensive..i mean i WANT to get it but im debating wether its worth it and i read about it and it is good stuff but i dont know yet. and im taking multivitamins. oh and for cafiene im drinking lots of green tea.

3.when im cutting im burning more than i take in calorie wise. I must cut slowly though so lets just say right now im liek 170..im bulking so im eating around 3500-4000
when i cut i take off 500 or 250 because two articles say something different.

4. i could never really get the peak for my bicep..its totally lagging like..i like concentration curls, preacher curls...every kinda curll..but it just wont get bigger! i donit know why like im brutally hitting them hard but i dunno

5.if you look at my chest like i said before i do lag in the lower part of the chest and the centre of my chest..the "inner chest" is also lagging..like im doing flys but sometimes when i do flys they start feeling liek they are mostly using my shoulders..im doing them right too i think.

and i took some newish kinda pictures but i couldnt take any good ones cause i just dont know how to photogrpah..im not an artist haha

i have other pictures in the picture forum but yeah
this is it thanks!

Glutamine is definately good from what I've read about it, you really should check ebay for it though it's super cheap. For your bi's, if you're just coming off a bulk they will look like !@#$%^&*. The peak portion will come from middle of the rep to the very top. You don't want to lose ur flexibility so don't only go from mid rep to the top. Try some 21s with them too. Check the exercise tab and look for flies to see if you're doing them right. A nice SS with flies is DB presses from however youre laying (flat, incline, decline). Right as you can't do another rep, pull them in and finish them off with the presses. That should help your chest. If you're lagging on the lower portion, just do more decline.

Always go 'til failure. That will stimulate some good growth. Switch your routine up with reps too. Just think of anything that will come as a shock to your muscles (super sets, giant sets, different exercises). Don't lift like a girly man either

As for your diet

You don't really need to load creatine if you don't want to but I guess it will help. Make sure you get natural peanut butter (Smuckers). Flaxseed is good but I don't take it and I'm having consistant gains, nevertheless it's worth it. I thought green tea was naturally decaffenated also. It doesn't matter if you take off 500 or 250, but 250 would definately be better.

Hope I helped.

Your asking a creatine question....the next step is to read the creatine forum, because that will answer your question.
