Default Cheaper Whey at Costco?

SportPharma Whey at Costco: $20 for 6 pounds. That's really... cheap. Also, the label says you can put it in muffin mix and cookie mix, etc. Does that mean you can bake with it?

Something else that's unrelated: Have you ever been not able to eat something on a cut? This morning I couldn't finish my oatmeal for breakfast. (Well I did, it just felt like I was setting myself up to throw up) I had a cup of whey(2 scoops) before that.

Yeah, oats can be slow eating for me as well. Sometimes I just give up and stop eating it as I need to get on with my day

As for the costco stuff, if you don't mind dropping 20 bux, check it out. See if it tastes ok. I'm sketchy on the baking with it cuz of denaturing, but if it says it's ok...

I think the AnyWhey product that are specifically for baking would be better for heat. I think I'll try the Costco stuff

sorry don't have that problem; i never get sick of oats!

as for the whey, sounds pretty cheap. i would buy a tub if it has enough protein per scoop. some whey has more protein per scoop than others. but i am sure you already checked it out. i would not recommend baking with it though.

What the P/C/F ratio? I notice a lot of less expensive protein powders have a moderate to high amount of carbs or fat.

Looks pretty good to me, a little low in protein, but not too bad. Ah and it uses Splenda. Yum, must taste good.
