I am still bulking for a couple more months and I want to make my bulk as clean as possible. I cut out foods that are full of preservatives or are processed. Heres what I eat now, I'm just worried I might be missing a few things
Carbs: Oats Yams Protien: Whey Chicken Tuna Egg whites fats: Natural Peanut Butter Flax vegetables: any kind of veggie (mostly GLV) fruits: none Spices: pepper Other: Green tea, A-Z multi-vitamin pill, dextrose, maltodextrin and sodium (PWO) Let me know if I need to add anything, I've been eating this way for a week now and feel great. |

as long as you are eating enough of all that stuff you should be fine. looks like a nice clean diet!

The components are fine but quantity and meal timing are also important.

Thats a good diet like stated above. Thats pretty much all my diet consist of too. Sure makes that PWO shake seem like a darn good treat to me.

That's a pretty good base, but you should vary your foods too.

Diet's aren't too strict unless they are prevetnign you from getting adequate nutrients.
