Default JHR 2005 is out - A Revolution in Muscle Physiology has begun

JHR has officially been released!

I can easily say this is the best issue we have ever published! This journal entry will literally revolutionize the bodybuilding community--and this is only the beginning. The amount of research and blood shed to write these journals was uncanny.

Here is a list of the articles:

2005 - Revolution in Muscle Physiology

The Brachii Triarticulate, Brachialis, and Brachioradialis:
Framework Skeleton for Anabolic Drive Program

The Brachii Triarticulate, Brachialis, and Brachioradialis: Workouts and Subsequent Divisions for Anabolic Drive Program

Fast Acting Hormones and their Role in Fuel use during Exercise

Slow Acting Hormones and their Role in Fuel use during Exercise

Analysis of Nutrient use during Low, Moderate, and High Intensity Exercise

Direct Comparisons of Fuel use during Low, Moderate, and High Intensity Exercises

Creatine A Meta Analysis

You can access them here, JHR 2005

Enjoy!

It's really a fantastic issue!

And I was just reflecting on how amazing it is that JHR and its writers and all the staff here on ABC give credit to the Lord for the work that's done.

Almost every article published here somehow links to God or His Word, whether it be through the marvelous design that the human body shows so much of, or just by dedicating a paragraph to our almighty Paragraph.

Simply amazing! May ABC grow even bigger in 2005!

Adam,

First off I would just like to say thank you very much to yourself and the rest of those involved in this months journal entry. Just when I thought you guys have come out with the greatest scientific journal last month, you once again outdo yourself. You should all be very proud of yourselves, I know I speak for the whole board when I say we are extremely proud of each and everyone involved in these articles.

Now onto my question regarding the biceps article in the anabolic drive series. I'm having a bit of difficulties trying to figure out the split and how each session corresponds to each day. This article seems absolutely incredible and guaranteed to induce some serious hyperplasia/hypertrophy, so I would love to start ASAP.

For the first day, would I do workout A, parts 1, 2, and 3 in the morning and then part 4 in the evening? And so on for the next day? (workout 2, part 1, 2, 3 in am, and part 4 in pm?)

Once again, thanks for the invaluable info

Cally

What a fabulous piece of work!

Joe, that Creatine article is awesome! It answered so many little quips that I had pondered, and backed them up with rock-hard science. Good work!

I can't wait to get to read the nutrient partioning articles! Wow... I think you guys have turned me into a nerd...

Hey bro, no workout a is performed at differnt intervals throughout the week. Part one is performed on a day when biceps are trained by themselves. Part two is perfored after you train back and part three is performed on a bicep/tricep day.

Part 4 is done every day you train biceps, only in the PM. The first three parts are done in the AM. Biceps are trained 6 times per week!

Does that make sense?
