I'm kind of new at the whole keeping up with my nutrition so I'm not sure of what to get, but from what I've been reading, people have Whey, Glutamine, Dextrose, Maltodextrin, and ZMA. I've got everything except the Glutamine so far. Is there anything else I need?
Oh and as a side note, the people at Vitamin World were talking about ZMA after I asked where it was and they were saying that pretty much all supplements are the same (like, you might as well just use Whey and forget the dextrose and glutamine and blah blah). I was wondering what y'all thought of their statement.

regarding the ZMA, you more than likely won't need it. All ZMA's job is to make sure that you optimize your testosterone production. Can you do without it? Sure. Is it worth it? Experiment with it and find out.

i don't mean to insult anyone, but don't listen to anyone at those chain stores. i don't care how good they look! has anyone else noticed that everybody that works at those places are in horrible shape! most of the time they don't even know what whey is!!!

Yeah, I've decided to think to myself "%^$^ them" when I go in cause they all look at me like I'm stupid for buying some of the stuff I do. Even though I do feel kind of dumb considering I'm not very big
