Default Bulk help

So i just started a bulk like a month ago and i have gained a good amount of lb. but i also have gained alot of fat (ewww i hate it) so i need help in figuring out how to start to get someof that off and continue my bulk. Now to clarify not to cut at the same time but just to burn some of it and stop more from rearing its ugly ugly head.

tks
Simpson

I was thinking of putting up a post similar to that... I was going to ask if it was possible to bulk, but not gain a lot of fat, just muscle. Can't wait for someone to answer this for you, it'll help us both.

It sounds like you added too many calories to start off your bulk. You should gradually add calories to your diet to ward away the fat. It's very easy to bulk without gaining a ton of fat you just have to get your body requirements straight.

I on the other hand do not care about getting fat while bulking. I'm a dirty bulker all the way.

it is totally possible... it's called clean bulking... eating clean... following a very strict diet... of essential fats only... there are articles that point out what fats you need... and others you don't need.. check'em out...just slowly add a specific amount of calories to your diet... don't blow it up with 300-500 calories in one day... that's when you're gonna add fat too.... so be careful.... certain foods will also be banned from your diet.. so this is not going to be easy to follow completely

diet is key doing something like this. this past bulk i actually played around wiht that idea and have had great results. good bulk diet with a cutting routine in the gym. focusing on separation and quality reps. lots and lots of quality reps. kept the fat down and the muscle comming. no wi will only have to drop about 6 % to 8 % body fat to look good on the cut. i will post a pic this week.

if you can keep your BF% at 15% while bulking.. you'd be a god... you'd look good while bulking.. but you'd just look godly when cutting
