Gotta pick myself up a caliper before I get started so I can know my starting bodyfat, but I'm ready for this. Currently I'm about 210 and just started a new loading cycle of creatine after dropping it for a week so I am expecting to gain a few watery pounds before the competition starts but I'm looking to get down to about 190 or lower if possible. I can't wait!

If you wanna get down to 190 just start staving yourself. That's the easiest way. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
