2 weeks into my cut and I've come to the crossroads of eithering continuing to cut, or bulk up. Still have some unwanted fat around the abs/pecs. Had a 4-spot BF$ test done and it came out to 6.1%, probably more around 9-10%. LMK what you guys think.

Alright bro, here's the feedback.
Your bicep peak is looking awesome along with your traps and delts!! You have some nice development here. Your lats need to be trained and brought up, but your upper back is coming along nicely. Also fill in your chest by hitting it from all angles. I would also add some mass to your abs through weight training. Work on quad and calf development as well, which means I would ease up on cardio while bulking. It's time to bulk my friend. You don't need to cut at all and your measurement of body fat could possibly be correct beings that you do not have a lot of mass to contend with at his point. I suggest a controlled, long, and slow bulk if you are worried about body fat. But in your situation I believe adding some mass with some small fat gains may be beneficial. Cutting times over, welcome to the bulking revolution. Best of luck to you and we're all here for you if you need encouragement and assitance. Start a journal bro. It will help you tremendously. |

Currently am on a four-day split,
Monday: Chest, Shoulders Tuesday: Back, Calves, Hamstrings Wednesday: Cardio Thursday: Biceps, Triceps, Forearms Friday: LEGS!! Saturday: Off Sunday: Cardio Have been changing up the workouts for each body part every 2 weeks by adding different exercises, different rep techniques, super sets, etc.. As you can tell, I neglect the abs quite a bit to say the least. Just wanted to see while on my cut if the diet could do it for me, but it seems to be only half the battle for me. I've always had good genes for the upper body (traps, biceps, delts) which is why I think I've made such gains on them even while cutting. I think I'm going to finsih up the week on my cut and start a nice clean bulk on Monday.

The back muscles look good. You have done quite well at the age of 18. Need to work on those abs and calves. Rehmat |

I agree that your bodyfat is not 6.1%...more likely 10%. At 160 lbs I wouldn't even consider cutting until you get to 15-16%. Bulk!
